How does ShowMyPC work with your private SSH Server?
How will I get the application?
Once you get a plan, we will need the following:1) The logo, with a 200*50 image size on a white background. This shows up on top of the application.
2) We will give you 2 separate applications one for people getting support, and one regular application with all the options (For meetings, or providing support.)
3) Your SSH Host name to which the application is attached like showmypc.yourdomain.com
4) SSH User name and SSH password to activate the account. (The extra support application uses our license server for quick mediation, all the VNC traffic goes through your servers.)
5) After the custom build, we will send you the link for you to download the applications. (Can take up to 24 hours)
