Sometimes my remote client receives a 12 character code that does not work for giving me remote access. Can you tell me what may be causing this to happen? |

| Carol, 12 digit code is generated by our free version, if your users give you the 12 digit code it is very likely that they are downloading a different version from showmypc.com Make sure they are on sd.showmypc.com and the current version shown on top of the application should be 3160 |
