16. I have trouble connecting in a instant meeting.
If you are getting any error message.
1) Make sure both sides have the same latest version of the application.
2) Check password.
3) If problem persists, close application on both sides and start a new meeting.
4) Make sure no VNC, Windows Remote Desktop, or proxy servers are involved.
5) Do not forget to check your network connection.

You can check few things.
1) The user name, password and host name are all case sensitive.
2) Check password.
3) Make sure in Windows control panel ShowMyPCService is running.
4) Make sure no VNC, Windows Remote Desktop, or proxy servers are involved.
5) Do not forget to check your network connection.
6) IE should work on the PC, where service is installed.
