Safe Mode with ShowMyPC Remote Support and Meeting
ShowMyPC works with Safe Mode on Windows PCs. If you are already in Safe Mode, run your ShowMyPC application normally.Reboot in Safe Mode (Reconnect on Reboot)
Meeting and Support users can use Reconnect on Reboot to setup service. Do NOT disconnect when prompted.
On Windows PC, Start > Run > msconfig to enable Safe Mode with Network, and reboot.
Use Reconnect on Reboot to reconnect back.
Run the above software and remove Safe Boot checkbox to reboot back to normal when done.
Safe Mode with Home or Office Service
On Windows PC, Start > Run > msconfig to enable Safe Mode with Network, and reboot. (See above image)
Home or Office users can reconnect normally. (RDP not supported)
Reboot to return back into normal mode.
