During presentations, at times you may want to focus on a certain area on the screen to highlight it to remote users.

On Windows, type "Mouse" in the Start > Search area.

Select the Additional Mouse Settings.

Go to Pointer Options and enable the check as shown below.

This will enable you to press Control which draws a circle over that area, drawing the attention of the remote user.

Press repeatedly if needed.
You can control the remote mouse cursor during a support session using the ShowMyPC application.

Once connected to the remote session, click on the 3 dots in the top menu.

Select the Mouse Cursor settings as needed.
