Manage Remote PC
Forgot Password or Change Password Remotely
1. Go to your account URL provided in the account creation email.
(e.g. https://mycompany.showmypc.com)
2. Go to "View PC" and launch the viewer.

Option 1: You can reinstall the service and physically set a new password on the PC.

Option 2: To change the password remotely, use the "Reset Password" feature from the PC service management link. The requested link will be sent to the email used for that PC (see image below).


Remove Service from PC
1. Go to your account URL provided in the account creation email.
(e.g. https://mycompany.showmypc.com)
2. Download and run the Install Service app from your account.
3. Click on "Remove Service".


Remove Service from PC Remotely
1. Go to your account URL provided in the account creation email.
(e.g. https://mycompany.showmypc.com)
2. Go to "View PC" and launch the viewer.
3. You can remove the service from the PC using the "Remove Service" feature from the PC service management link. The requested link will be sent to the email used for that PC (see image below).

When removing service remotely, it may take up to 10 minutes for the PC to go off your list.
