Option 1
To simulate right click:
Double-click on the app icon. Select "Open" from the Windows menu.
Option 2
If the app does not have a "Open" menu item:
Select the item you wish to take action on. Use the Settings option to send the Enter key.
As an alternative to these options, you can use the Windows on-screen keyboard to call any action.
