Requirements to set up a SSH server.
*** Different Security methods can be added to any package. SSH, Windows Domain Controller based or external verification.
** For extended licenses multiple by factor number N.
* License Verification is performed on ShowMyPC Server.
1. Chat and some associated services are hosted free by ShowMyPC for life time of supported products.
Upgrades
Support and upgrades are provided free for the 1st year after purchase.
After the 1st year, the total cost of any single upgrade is 25% cost of the same product.
Customizations are not included and are handled based on specific request.
How will I get the custom application?
Once you get a plan, we will need the following:1) The logo, with a 200*50 image size on a white background. This shows up on top of the application.
2) We will give you separate applications based on your customizations.
3) Your SSH Host name to which the application is attached like showmypc.yourdomain.com
4) SSH User name and SSH password to activate the account. (The support application uses our license server for verification. All the Screen Sharing traffic goes through your servers.)
5) After the custom build, we will send you the link for you to download the applications. (Can take up to 24 hours)
6) For any customizations we will plan on the specific requirements, and the work will start after the plan has been agreed upon.
