Multiple Windows or Toolbar Showing in Home or Office Service version

If you are using Home or Office Service and are seeing multiple windows, it can happen if you are connecting to your own local PC.

To fix follow instructions below.

1) Make sure you have 2 separate PCs (Remote and Local Viewer).
2) The service only has to be installed on the remote PC, NOT on the Viewer.
3) To remove service on Viewer PC go to your page (http://XXXXX.showmypc.com) and Download and Run and go to Options > Remove Service.
4) Make sure you have followed the install instructions on Host PC only.

You should only see your remote PC online in list, when you click "View Remote PC", if you do not see your PC, make sure you have installed the service only on remote PC.
