Managing Multiple Employees with Application Use Password
This feature is useful in cases, where you want to control access of the application for certain employees and protect application from use in case an employee leaves your organization.
Any time a user tries to use your exe, it will prompt for the password you have set.
You may set a single password or a comma separated list of passwords to give to different users.
Allows numeric or English alpha-numeric characters only.
Eg. Single Password:(mypassWord) or Multiple Password:(passWord1, 2ndPass, demo, agent1, agent2)
This feature is available on Windows only.
If one of the Support agent leaves your organization, all you have to do is to remove the password assigned to that user. Even if this user has the copy of this exe, it will not work since you have removed the associated password.
